NEW for 2019 – Let’s Party!

2019 is sure to be a crowd pleaser! We have a superb line-up of entertainment booked including Pete Denahy and Bustimento! The Myrtleford Piazza will be the heart of the festival, surrounded by Food stalls, kids amusements and activities. The party will feature a range of performers on stage from midday until 10pm. In addition there will be local performers keeping the crowds entertained from 3pm – 10pm.

Situated in the tree lined Showgrounds with activities for everyone,with  hundreds of Festival goers enjoying the talented entertainers. Travas Hope and the team from Sound Alive Productions will once again provide an awesome sound & light experience.

Local food and beverage stall holders to keep the thirst and hunger away, market stalls and plenty of activities for the kids, Helify, Duck Drop with a prize of $1,000, and the Arts prize show and finishing with a spectacular fireworks display

Duck Drop

A brand new and exciting  addition to our Festival with a prize pool of $1500, for just $20 you could watch your duck drop from our Helifly Helicopter, whoever lands closest to the target wins!

  • 1st Prize = $1000
  • 2nd Prize = $400
  • 3rd Prize = $100

Tickets can be purchased locally and on the day so keep an eye out for our Pop Up Stall around Myrtleford in the lead up to the festival. Details of these dates and locations will be published on our Facebook page.

All profits raised from the Duck Drop will go towards sponsoring the fireworks display for 2020!

Getting To the Showgrounds

The Myrtleford Showgrounds are located on O’Donnell Avenue, heading towards Yackandandah on the outskirts of town, next to the Golf Course.

There is plenty of parking onsite, or alternatively we are running a Gold Coin Donation Bus Service throughout the day (Sunday).
Pick up and Drop off points are:

  • Main bus stop on the Great Alpine Rd, at Jubilee Park and near Bastoni Pizza
  • Ray’s Ski Hire on the Great Alpine Rd
  • St Mary’s Primary School
